In the southwest of the city, there is a lovely and historic area called Southwest Portland.
The International Rose Test Garden, which is home to over 8,000 rose plants, and the Portland Japanese Garden, a gorgeous 5.5-acre garden with a variety of flora, waterfalls, and cultural exhibits, are two of the most well-liked attractions in Southwest Portland.
A variety of museums, including the Portland Art Museum and the Oregon Historical Society, are also located in the neighborhood.
