George R. White Library & Learning Center is located at Concordia University in Northeast Portland. Although the university closed in 2020, the library facility was notable for combining traditional library services with collaborative learning environments. Since the campus closure, public access has ceased. While no longer in operation, the structure remains a point of architectural interest in the Concordia neighborhood.
